I have been interested in nutrition since I was a teenager but a few years ago decided to take an official qualification and completely change my career! Having spent many years in a corporate environment, I understand how easy it is for stress, long hours and busy routines to impact your health.
I love that food, nutrition and lifestyle have such a powerful impact on how we feel day to day. But I also see how confusing it has become. We’re constantly exposed to conflicting advice, in headlines, on social media, and from different “experts”, which can make something that should feel simple feel anything but.
A big part of the problem is the idea that what works for one person should work for everyone. In reality, we’re all different, with our own biology, history, lifestyle and circumstances.
That’s why I take a more personalised approach. Instead of following generic advice, we look at what’s going on for you and what your body needs. Together, we find a way of supporting your health that is both effective and realistic for your life.
